All merchandise will be shipped by mail unless otherwise requested. 

All prices INCLUDE shipping and handling by U.S. mail, delivered to your home or office address in Japan.

Delivery is usually 3 to 5 working days. Payment by credit card or debit card only please.
 
It is possible that you may have to pay Japanese import duties on arrival. However, the duties on our merchandise is generally small.
 
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please write to us in ENGLISH for prompt response and we will correct the problem. All claims should be made within 10 days of receipt.
