Return Policy
Brazabra’s Return Policy
We want you to love everything you purchase from us. If an item is damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong product, please notify our Customer Service department at 413-243-4690, to arrange for a return. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If you placed an order with us that you wish to return for any other reason, we’ll issue you a full product refund (less shipping and handling charges), provided the product is in its original packaging, unused and returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Note: Customer is responsible for the safe return of all merchandise and all shipping cost.

Please include a copy of your sales receipt with the returned product indicating your reason for returning, as well as your contact information. We recommend that all product returns are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or USPS with a tracking option. Brazabra Corporation is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Credits are given once the return is received and inspected.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Gift Returns
Braza’s Returns Center allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned. Please submit request by e-mail at braza@brazabra.com
