Brazabra’s Return Policy
We are happy to take back for credit or exchange any item that you decide that you do not want with the following exceptions:
A) For sanitary reasons, disposable or reusable products using adhesive cannot be returned for credit or exchange. If a product contains a sanitary seal, this product cannot be returned or exchanged. It is important that you select the correct size and where available, follow the size scale noted.
B) Hosiery and Shape-wear can not be returned or exchanged. Please insure that you select the correct size from the chart supplied.
C) Any product that has clearly been used. Please note that mailing costs are not refundable.
Note: Customer is responsible for the safe return of all merchandise and all shipping cost.

Please include a copy of your sales receipt with the returned product indicating your reason for returning, as well as your contact information. We recommend that all product returns are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or USPS with a tracking option.
Brazabra Corporation is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Credits are given once the return is received and inspected.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
